Receive your complimentary ashes collection kit, with instructions and prepaid return postage

Once we receive the ashes back to our office we will start creating your jewellery.

We'll send your finished jewellery and any unused ashes by tracked delivery, with tracking details provided on dispatch.

Step 05

Your jewellery will arrive gift-wrapped with a Certificate of Authenticity, gift box, and any unused ashes.

How long does it take to receive my jewellery?

Each piece is handmade with care in the UK and dispatched within 14–28 days of receiving your pet’s ashes. Your free Collection Kit is sent within 1 working day of placing your order.

How do I send my pet’s ashes?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a free Collection Kit with full instructions, a prepaid return label, and a secure pouch to send a small sample of ashes to our studio.

How much ashes do you need?

Only a small teaspoon amount is needed for each piece. Any remaining ashes will be carefully returned to you with your finished jewellery.

Can I see the ashes in the jewellery?

In some designs, the ashes are visible through the resin, while in others, they are sealed within for a more subtle tribute. Each product description specifies which applies.

Is my jewellery waterproof or suitable for daily wear?

Your keepsake is designed for everyday wear, but we recommend avoiding water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve its beauty and integrity over time.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

All pieces are crafted from high-quality solid silver or gold, and sealed with durable resin to protect the ashes. Each order includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Will I get my unused ashes back?

Yes, any unused ashes will be safely returned with your finished jewellery in your gift box.
