Tails With Love jewellery is handcrafted using solid sterling silver or solid gold, and incorporates a small amount of your pet’s ashes or fur, depending on your choice. These materials are carefully preserved within the piece to honour the bond with your pet.

Yes. You can choose fur instead of ashes, and keepsakes can also be created using fur from living pets, a meaningful way to celebrate your pet while they're still with you.
Absolutely. Many people choose to include both ashes and fur for a truly personal keepsake. Just mention this when sending your kit back we’ll make sure they’re beautifully combined.
Ordering & Process

- Jewellery is handcrafted and delivered
They require only about half a teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of fur. Any unused material is returned with the finished keepsake.
Once you’ve placed your order, Tails With Love will send you a secure collection kit containing full instructions and pre‑addressed return packaging. This ensures a safe, discreet, and respectful way to send your pet’s ashes or fur back to them for crafting.
We only need a tiny amount around ½ teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of fur (about the size of a coin). Don’t worry if you send more; we’ll return any unused portion safely.
Once your ashes or fur arrive, the piece is handcrafted and shipped within 2–4 weeks. If you need it sooner, you can contact them before ordering to discuss faster options.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered on your order shortly after being placed. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox. We ask that you check your order information closely and contact us right away if there is anything you would like to change.
As long as your order has not entered production, our customer service team would be happy to help you make any necessary changes. If you do need to change anything on your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and before your ashes or fur are returned to ensure we are able to do so.
Shipping, Safety & Returns
Yes it’s completely safe. We send you a secure collection kit with labelled bags and full instructions. Your materials are handled with care and respect at every stage, and any unused ashes or fur are safely returned with your finished keepsake.
Because each piece is custom-made using your own ashes or fur, returns are not possible unless the piece does not match your order or is faulty. A12‑month craftsmanship guarantee is provided; issues will be assessed and addressed by emailing customer support.

Personalisation & Special Requests
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your materials. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way until your keepsake is on its way home.
