Our shipping is FREE on all orders.
Your ashes or fur collection pack will be sent to you via FREEPOST Tails With Love – tracked for your peace of mind. Once your keepsake has been lovingly handcrafted, it will be returned to you using a secure next-day tracked delivery service, requiring a signature upon delivery.
We never compromise on security or quality. Rest assured your keepsake is in the safest hands possible every step of the journey, and is treated with the utmost love, care, and attention.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewellery from Tails With Love. However, as each product is custom made, we cannot offer a return unless:
- The product does not match the order, or
- The product is faulty.
If the product delivered does not match your order, please email support@tailswithlove.com outlining the issue, and we will arrange for the return of the goods. Please include your original order number and the name under which the order was placed.
If there is a problem related to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, please send a photograph and description of the issue to support@tailswithlove.com for our customer service team to assess.
Order Cancellations
A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Tails With Love. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@tailswithlove.com. Due to our short production times, your order may already have entered production.
Once production has begun, or if your piece has been custom-made using ashes or fur supplied by you, refunds cannot be offered.
