Our shipping is FREE on all orders. Our ashes / fur collection packs are sent out to you and your return is a FREEPOST Tails with Love -tracked. Once your keepsake has been handcrafted this will be returned to you via a secure next day tracked delivery service, tracked and requiring signature for your piece of mind.
We never compromise on security or quality, rest assured your keepsafe is in the safest hands possible every step of the journey and is treated with the upmost love, care and attention.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Jewellery from Tails with Love. However, as each product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
- a) the product does not match the order, or
- b) the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email support@tailswithlove.com outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods.
Please remember to indicate your original order number and the name your order was placed under.
If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to support@tailswithlove.com for our customer services team to assess.
A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Tails with Love. If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on support@tailswithlove.com as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production.
If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Tails with Love a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are obviously custom-made using the ashes / fur supplied by the customer.
Finally, we promise that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Tails with Love Product. Our business was born on love, empathy and wanting to provide everlasting memories. We have grown by word-of-mouth recommendations and we'd like to think that we're nice people and always try to do the right thing.
