Warranty / Guarantee – Tails With Love

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted memorial jewellery.

- All pieces are covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects (resin faults, clasp breaks, structural issues).

- This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear & tear, or aesthetic changes over time.

- If a defect arises within 12 months, please contact us with your order number and photos.

- If valid, we’ll repair, remake or replace the piece at no cost to you (excluding return shipping).
