What type of fur shows up best in resin?

We’re honoured to work with your pet’s fur, though please be aware, darker fur usually shows most clearly in resin. Very light, white, or fluffy fur can appear less visible once set in these cases, ashes may give a clearer result. Each piece is unique, and we’ll always do our utmost to showcase your loved one beautifully.

How much ash or fur is needed?

We require just a small amount — approximately half a teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of fur. Any unused material will be respectfully returned with your finished keepsake.

How long does it take to receive my jewellery?

Once we receive your ashes or fur, your keepsake will be handcrafted and shipped within 2–4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I get my order faster?

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes — your jewellery is covered by a 12-month craftsmanship guarantee. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch and we’ll gladly assist.

Can I return a memorial piece?

Because each piece is uniquely handcrafted with personal materials, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your item, we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

Is my pet’s ashes or fur treated with care?

Absolutely. Every sample is handled with the utmost care and respect. We only use the amount needed, and any remaining material is returned safely to you.
