Get your free Ashes/Fur collecting kit along with collecting instructions, and send it back to us. Shipping label included.

Once we receive the ashes back to our office we will start creating your jewellery.

We'll send you an email confirming safe receipt.

We'll let you know when your jewellery is ready.

We use next-day courier delivery and will email you the tracking info.

Your jewellery will be beautifully gift-wrapped and will contain a certificate of Authenticity, gift box, along with any unused ashes.

Hi, I'm Louise -
the founder of Tails with Love

This journey began with the heartbreaking loss of our family dog, Rolo. He was more than a pet - he was a best friend, a comfort through hard times, and a constant source of love and loyalty. When he passed, I searched for a way to keep a part of him close, but nothing felt quite right. So, I decided to create it myself.

Tails with Love was born from that love and loss - a way to honour our pets not just in memory, but in something we can hold, wear and carry with us every day.

Every piece is handmade with care here in the UK using a small amount of your pet’s ashes or fur, and every order is treated with the same respect and sensitivity I wished for when we lost Rolo.

Thank you for being here and trusting me with something so special and personal. It’s truly an honour to help keep their memory alive.

They require only about half a teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of fur. Any unused material is returned with the finished keepsake.

Because each piece is custom-made using your own ashes or fur, returns are not possible—unless the piece does not match your order or is faulty. A 12‑month craftsmanship guarantee is provided; issues will be assessed and addressed by emailing customer support.

You may choose the resin color and metal finishes for most pieces

Fur is embedded visibly and meaningfully

Yes. You can choose fur instead of ashes, and keepsakes can also be created using fur from living pets—a meaningful way to celebrate your pet while they're still with you.

How long does it take to receive my jewellery, and can I get it faster?

Once your ashes or fur arrive, the piece is handcrafted and shipped within 2–4 weeks. If you need it sooner, you can contact them before ordering to discuss faster options.

How do I send my pet’s ashes or fur?

Once you’ve placed your order, Tails With Love will send you a secure collection kit containing full instructions and pre‑addressed return packaging. This ensures a safe, discreet, and respectful way to send your pet’s ashes or fur back to them for crafting.
